Thoughts on UFOs

A recent congressional hearing with former air force operatives shed some interesting light on the government's alleged systematic cover up of UFOs (or UAPs). What do you guys think this is? Is it just smokes and mirrors and a psy-op to turn the public's attention away from current economic and political turmoil or is there any substance to it?

I guess the typical russian/chinese espionage, not aliens. Think of the chinese balloon for example

The thing that gets me is that Grusch was under oath when he testified to the existence of alien bodies and craft in the custody of the US government and private aerospace. If it ever comes to light that he's lying, he's going to jail for a long time. For a guy that young with a solid clearance and his whole life ahead of him, it doesn't add up to me personally but I suppose crazier things have happened.

Not really sure what to make of the whole situation.

Well alien can also mean some bacteria they found on a rock that fell to Earth

If he didn't testify to personally seeing them, then he didn't say shit and has no risk of jail time.  Anyone can claim "I heard X"

pretty interesting not gonna lie I was reading some random thread on the internet about it for like 30 minutes this morning lol. I think it is real and that there are aliens.

I already said this elsewhere, but as our last UFO turned out to be China spying on the U.S., I don't really see much reason to believe this is anything too different. My guess is it's either the Chinese government using another oddly shaped aircraft as a tactic to intimidate the US into loosening it's grip on Taiwan; or the US government, probably on a budget, disseminating some media concoction to invoke additional reliance on domestic government and their undercut intelligence community (much more conceivable - and as usual, quite pathetic).

Honestly, if this were an actual extraterrestrial sighting, I'd be extremely disappointed. A superior alien race possessing extremely advanced technologies, would probably be more disciplined than to aimlessly orbit around in plain sight. Seems to me like domestic or international spyware which was certainly intended to be seen.

Ok but what explains the countless sightings in which the UFO defied laws of physics etc. Surely other countries haven't reached that level of technological advancement?

I think the latter theory is more credible. The US Government might just be trying to distract from social and economic issues while emphasizing the importance of defense and intelligence agencies to juice up their budget allocation and authority.

Agree with your last point. An advanced alien race crashing and being sighted continually doesn't make total sense. Only explanation I would have (should there actually be aliens) is that they're trying to transfer technology in a way that conceals their intentions or trying to test our reactions to their existence before any kind of large reveal.

I think what was compelling from the hearing is the credibility of the panel. These aren't fucking kooks claiming they were abducted off skinwalker ranch, spewing all the cliche BS depicted in sci fi movies.  I previously found myself in the camp of believing UFO's were attributed to undisclosed foreign tech/espionage/ intelligence, but the fact that non-human biologics were recovered (as attested by Gursch) is quite bizarre to think about. Everybody knows Hunter Biden is a crack smoking hooker addict (literally videos of this) and everybody and their dog is calling for a recession in the near future (as either OP or another user above mentioned), so I don't think this is some diversion tactic (if it was, it's incredibly lame and ineffective). I'm curious to see what other info comes out.

I agree, one significant fact that is not widely parroted in the limited media coverage this has gotten is the fact that Grusch's claims were submitted to the DOD IG, which independently investigated his claims (with proper clearance authority). This investigation included corroboration by first hand witnesses identified by Grusch, which led the IG to deem his allegations both "urgent and credible".

So yeah, people can point to the fact that it's all second hand information, but it has been investigated for over a year and deemed credible by the IG through conversations with first hand sources.

Another thought is if this is all a distraction, it's a shitty ass distraction. Very few mainstream media outlets have run with this story and reported on a balanced basis, almost all have relegated their coverage of this to op-eds.

Still skeptical of these claims, but I will be following the story closely to see what happens. Everything presented to date points to these allegations being credible.

Maybe they're trying to naturally and organically introduce the story through op-eds through which it could gain momentum. This would conceal the obvious nature of the psy-op. Just a thought. There might be a play-book to this type of stuff.

Given the history of agency capture by the gvt the DoD might be in on this.

I'd rather not have aliens exist tbh. At least not aliens that can reach our planet. It's a high risk high reward scenario I'm not sure I'm comfortable with.

If they are technologically advanced and have hostile intentions it's over for humanity. If they are advanced and have good intentions for humanity they can maybe elevate us. But it's 50/50 and one outcome would be disastrous.

Some of the Navy jet videos were from the 2000's which they saw flying objects defying technological capabilities back then and even now over a decade later (and prob for decades more).  China was still growing in power back then (think 2006).  The other country, Russia, we have seen what they are capable of in Ukraine.

So, what the heck were those things?  Can't be human.

I don't believe in aliens, yet.

This is huge.  You've had a House Oversight subcommittee hearing with three of the most credible ex-military witnesses testifying under oath.  The original whistleblower provided hundreds of pages of evidence to the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community, which included classified documents, photos, program names and locations, names of individuals involved in a reverse engineering program, etc.  The IC independently interviewed other witnesses under oath through their own depositions and deemed this matter "credible and urgent." I think there's real substance to these extremely serious allegations.  If the government is hiding and reverse engineering these craft, providing private aerospace contractors with illegal competitive advantages while also allegedly holding back a superior clean energy source, the markets are setup to become blindsided.

I'm genuinely curious if any of your investment committees or discussions at work have addressed UFO risk or the fact that if there indeed is an illegally run, hidden government program (even if not actually aliens or alien craft) being funded via siphoned taxpayer money, how a resulting constitutional crisis would unfold.  There's a lot to unpack and it's more than a simple left-tail risk.  Your other option is this is an extremely elaborate psyop, but let's face it - there's really no rationalization that fits all of the facts if you truly look at what's in the public domain right now.

Feel free to DM if you want to collaborate in thinking about this.  There's a lot more coming that's been announced, like the Senate hearing in September.

No prob.  We are living in unprecedented times.  If anyone finds also themselves or their firm scrambling with the market as this disclosure unfolds, DM me. We're in this together.

I believe I may be able to help or at least know the right people who are qualified to really help navigate this complex situation.  What is likely coming down the pike is of the utmost importance.  I mean this with all sincerity.  Take heed.
