About the Firm

The firm is a PE platform built for healthcare's complexity seeking an Associate / Senior Associate. This role will be a critical member of the founding team and will have ample opportunity for internal growth.

The firm is focused exclusively on supporting companies capable of transforming our healthcare system into one that is people-focused and sustainable. To achieve this, the firm's approach is research-centric and thesis-driven, guided by the senior team's experience across the industry.

The firm seeks to deploy capital in the lower middle-market segment via various deal types (e.g., leveraged buyouts, minority or majority recapitalizations, growth financings, carve-outs, multi-company combinations, and special situations).

Since its founding in late 2020, the firm has completed two platform investments and two add-on acquisitions, realized one exit, built a five-person team, and is pursuing new platform investments as lead or in partnership with other sponsors.

The team comprises healthcare investors and operators with deep knowledge and hands-on experience across the industry ecosystem. The current team of five has experience at firms such as Oak HC/FT, Vanguard Health Systems, e+CancerCare, Norwest Venture Partners, HGGC, Peak Rock Capital, Gauge Capital, BlueCross BlueShield Venture Partners, and Bain & Company.

The firm's team members have also served as executives for companies backed by top financial sponsors (including TPG, Blackstone, ABS Capital, Kohlberg & Company, Frontenac, and Sun Capital).
