About the Role

Our Associates work directly with our senior bankers in executing all facets of an engagement. Associates will be responsible for company, industry, and transaction analyses as well as financial modeling, and a variety of business development initiatives. Associates will gain exposure to a wide variety of transactions and will be expected to contribute to multiple live deal teams concurrently.

Associates at the Firm are given a tremendous amount of responsibility, including leading transaction-related calls, meetings, and marketing efforts. They are expected to operate autonomously throughout every stage of the deal and be able to manage workflows accordingly.

Financial modeling and presentation development skills are critical as candidates will be working on lean deal teams and will be expected to contribute immediately. This is not a rigid three-year program; high-performing Associates will be given the opportunity to be promoted to Vice President.

  • Maintain financing source, investor, or client databases to create efficiencies in the deal-marketing and execution process, as well as other databases
  • Assist in the identification of deal-appropriate investors
