Harpoon is an early-stage venture capital firm that invests in the most elite early-stage technology companies in the world in the areas of enterprise infrastructure, cyber security, AI/ML, and deep technology. Harpoon was founded in 2018 and originally seeded by Lightspeed Venture Partners and Andreessen Horowitz. Role - Investment Associate

Harpoon is seeking an associate for our New York City office to support our growing organization. Candidates should be knowledgeable in financial markets and emerging technology, uniquely experienced and biased toward action and results. You will work directly with the investment team to support specific aspects of pre and post investment workflow. This role will be demanding – consist of market and technical research, investment diligence and other activities critical to informed decision making. You will play an integral role in scaling our organization's key functions in a way that presents an incredible opportunity for professional growth. You will gain first-hand exposure to the top enterprise startups, VC firms, and limited partners. This is a great opportunity for individuals with investment banking experience.

Compensation: $150k + healthcare, PTO, and retirement plan

Location: NYC. This is an in-person and full-time position with occasional travel required.
