Experienced IB Analyst - WSO Solutions

We are looking for an Associate/ Senior Analyst to work with our investment banking clients. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of related experience with a reputable investment banking or transaction advisory firm.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with all other team members to execute all facets of the transaction processes.
• Creating client marketing presentations, memoranda, and other deliverables.
• Preparing, analyzing, and explaining historical and projected financial information.
• Developing buyer lists contact lists (working group lists), and general industry research.
• Financial modeling and pitch deck preparation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in investment banking or transactional services
• Good quantitative and analytical skills
• Valuation, financial modeling, and analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or similar
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without compromising the quality of work
• Solid understanding of financial and business concepts and terminology
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Experience with data services such as CapitaIQ, Factset, Pitchbook is a plus
