| The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Center for the Arts is accepting project proposals for a Public Installation related to the UH School of Theatre & Dance's production of bobrauschenbergamerica by Charles Mee and directed by Kim Weild. Public Installation includes: · Opportunity to work collaboratively with director Kim Weild from September 2008 - January, 2009* · Public audience and interaction with the project * Project development and installation will be determined Eligibility:by theater production schedule · Applicant must be enrolled in the UH School of Art or Proposals will be selected based on the degree to which projects:School of Theatre and Dance. · Applicant must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively. · adopt and stretch Bob Rauschenberg's ideas and aesthetics · reflect the city of Houston, the state of Texas, and America · are collaborative, innovative and interactive · are feasible within the space and time frame allotted APPLICATION DEADLINE: September 5, 2008 If you have any questions, please email Kim Weild. |
